Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and are typically shipped out within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 4PM CST begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will begin processing or shipped on the next business day. Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it in our system. All sales are final.

Please be sure to submit accurate address information when ordering. We are not liable for inaccuracies due to misinformation. Once information has been submitted, your shipping destination is final. If the incorrect information is submitted please email us promptly at EMhairandbody@gmail.com and we may be able to quickly correct the address before it is shipped. If the package has already been shipped and is returned to us, you will be charged a reship fee of $8.55 (standard priority shipping).

There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety and respect of our Essentially Me family. Due to COVID 19 - (though infrequently) we have experienced slight delays in shipment of certain inventory items. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to safely ship your orders. 

Local pickups can also be made available for Elderberry and Seamoss. Contact us to schedule a time via phone, email or Facebook messenger prior to placing your order. Once the pickup order is confirmed, the EM store invoice will be sent and the payment will be collected.

We want all of our customers to be happy and fall in love with their unique and natural handmade blends. All of our products are mixed fresh to order and are meticulously sanitized & disinfected to prevent the spread of COVID-19; therefore all sales are final. No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving an incorrect order/item.

***Orders that have an incorrect/damaged item(s) are replaceable by the exact product(s) only. Essentially Me, LLC will send the correct item at no cost to the customer.

***Once an order has been shipped, Essentially Me, LLC is no longer responsible for it. Please use the email provided tracking information to see what the delay might be. Once a package has been released to USPS it is out of our control, but we will make every effort to help you retrieve your order. If it has been lost in transit, completely damaged during shipment, or delivered to the wrong address, that then becomes the responsibility of USPS, and you can file a claim with USPS to further assist you.
